- Greets and thanks donors for their donation to the agency. Must be pleasant and polite regardless of the behavior of the donor.
- Assist donors with donated goods and provide customer service.
- Notifies management of hazardous, valuable and/or inappropriate merchandise/materials are being donated.
- A tax receipt is to be offered to each donor.
- Notifies management of goods/merchandise found that is not a donated item (i.e., cash, credit card, personal ID).
- Works through management to ensure the protection of agency property, goods, and services.
- Must read, follow, and model all agency policies and procedures.
- Notifies management of any theft or policy violation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Monthly bonus potential up to $250
- Immediate date of hire individual and family medical benefits.
- Individual and family dental and vision benefits after 30 days of employment.
- Employee store discount
- Vacation, paid holiday, funeral leave, and sick leave accrual begins within the date of hire and 90 days of employment.
MERS/ MO Goodwill requires various background and records checks upon employment.
